Everyday tasks we can consider
- Decorative painting & touch-ups: surface preparation, repainting and small cosmetic patching on non-structural surfaces.
- Furniture & small adjustments: assembly of freestanding furniture, tightening loose fittings and adjusting cabinet handles or hinges.
- Routine upkeep: basic cleaning, accessible light-bulb replacement and accessible A/C filter changes that do not require dismantling equipment.
- Exterior & garden care: routine outdoor cleaning, leaf removal and basic plant care within the permitted scope.
- Seasonal preparation: an agreed list of cleaning, presentation and non-regulated upkeep tasks before an owner's arrival or after a period away.
- Owner updates: visual observations and photographs of agreed items, with any specialist needs referred to the appropriate professional.
Every request is checked individually for the property's location, condition, building rules and legal scope. These examples do not mean every task is suitable for every property.
One visit or recurring care
Send a list of the items that need attention. We can discuss a one-off visit or an agreed recurring schedule, with the tasks and price confirmed in advance. Materials, access and any independent-provider involvement are identified before acceptance.
Time-sensitive requests
André responds promptly to inquiries and gives priority attention to urgent needs. We discuss the earliest feasible appointment around your situation. Availability and any intervention date must be confirmed; submitting a request does not guarantee immediate or same-day attendance.
When a specialist is needed
Structural work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, window and door installation, and other licensed or permit-required work remain with appropriately licensed independent professionals. Pool equipment, irrigation connections, pesticide application and protected-tree work are also referred for specialist review.
