Decorative painting, surface touch-ups, minor non-structural patching, furniture assembly and adjustments to loose cabinet hardware. Each task is reviewed to confirm that it falls within Horizon's permitted scope.
Decoration & furnishing advice
Help choosing colors, finishes, furniture and accessories, with practical suggestions around your style and budget. We can organize owner-approved purchases, deliveries and installation appointments. Advice is aesthetic and non-structural; it does not include architecture, engineering or permit drawings.
Exterior upkeep, gardens & pools
Routine outdoor cleaning and basic garden care can be considered within the permitted scope. Garden and residential pool-care appointments can also be coordinated with independent providers. Tree work, pesticides, irrigation connections and pool equipment repairs require a separate specialist review.
Support while you are away
Owner-requested visual observations, photographs, access arrangements and updates help you stay informed. These are everyday property-care updates, not technical inspections, security monitoring, rental management or community association management.
Independent specialist coordination
For electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, window or door work, we help organize contact and appointments with appropriately licensed independent professionals. The owner contracts directly with the responsible professional for regulated work.

Service availability depends on location and scope of work. Horizon does not act as a general contractor or perform licensed trade work. Building access rules, permits and other required approvals are checked before acceptance.
