When licensed work is involved
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, window and door work is handled by appropriately licensed independent professionals. Horizon can help you reach a provider and organize communication; the owner contracts directly with that professional for the regulated work.
The professional remains responsible for technical advice, estimates, permits, required insurance and workmanship. Horizon does not act as a general contractor or perform, direct or certify licensed trade work.
Urgent requests receive priority attention
André replies personally and promptly. Where a specialist is needed, we check who can respond and relay the earliest available options. Each provider confirms its own availability and intervention date; no immediate or same-day attendance is guaranteed.
You stay in control
Before arrangements are confirmed, we clarify the requested scope, who is responsible for the work, any coordination fee and the proposed timing. Owner approval is obtained for access and any purchase or appointment commitment.
